Communist Party in Denmark condemns the brutal, terrorist and imperialist attack on the peace flotilla carrying humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Communist Party in Denmark calls all progressive forces in Denmark to condemn this barbaric act of the Israeli government.

On the same time we demand that the Danish government in the strongest way should protest directly to the Israeli government and via the EU, the UN and other international bodies.

The time has now come for a much more firm reaction including economical, political and military sanctions against the murderous regime in Israel.

We express our warmest solidarity with the heroic struggle of the Palestinian people and support as active as possible their struggle for an ending of the occupation of their lands and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
