ON THE ATTACK AGAINST THE HUMANITARIAN FLEET BY THE ZIONIST ARMY

RESOLUTION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE PCPE

This morning the Israeli army has attacked in international waters to a civilian fleet bound for Gaza with a cargo of humanitarian aid. In this Zionist action activists have been killed solely because of their solidarity with the Palestinian people suffering from the constant aggression and blockade by the Zionism, which, backed by U.S. imperialism and the EU, becomes the permanent aggressor of the peoples in the area and a constant threat to peace in the region.

With actions as barbaric and savage as these, the Executive Committee of PCPE can only certify the condition of the state of Israel as an enemy of the people, who with his practice of state terrorism emulates the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime in the 20th century. Zionism, a faithful ally of imperialism in the Middle East, reveals again with this kind of action his utter lack of respect for human life, continues in the escalation of violence in the region and puts in the spotlight each and every one of the people who sympathize with the Palestinian people, the main victim of their Nazi policies, which aim to turn Gaza into the largest concentration and extermination camp in history.

The Executive Committee of PCPE believes that this military attack on civilian targets in international waters is quite a provocation that must be answered with immediate and precise breakdown of all kinds of political, diplomatic, economic and trade relations by all countries in the world and the unambiguous condemnation and expulsion of all international bodies to which it belongs. In the case of Spain we demand the Zapatero government the immediate expulsion of the entire Zionist diplomatic representation in our country and the closure of all offices related to the state of Israel.

For the Executive Committee of PCPE, should not be the immediate rupture of relations with Israel, all the governments concerned will be considered as accomplices of Zionism in the murder of solidarity activists, for what they will have to respond to all the peoples of world.

The militancy of PCPE is at the forefront of social and political mobilization for denouncing such crimes and for encouraging all united actions that encourage the working class and popular sectors to express the firmest and absolute rejection of this Zionist savage attack and the genocidal policy of the state of Israel.
